Recruiting Poster for Red Cross Nurse for the SS Nord Division.  Two soldiers are subdued in the background while the Nurse looks out at the viewer. The simple phrase "Kameraden"  brings the message that nurses or soldiers...all comrades on the same team.  

 

Ober-Lieutenant Rudolf Witzig, Company commander in the Storm Group Koch, the winner at Eben Emael by Wolfgang Willrich.  Born in 1897 Willrich was probably the most prolific artist during the Third reich era.  This Poster is one of the Willrich series of Knights Cross winners. Wtzig was honored for his role in the capture of the Eben Emal fortress in the 1940 blitzkrieg of Holland. .

Interesting 1943 dated poster which tells the story of a group of soldiers who evidently go through a tunnel to arrive at the rear of a Russian bunker.On the FAR LEFT MARGIN  LEFT   

 

SS Recruitment for foreign volunteers was a constant campaign. The image below targeted the Netherlands where Dutch volunteers were formed into the SS Niederland Division.  The image shows a Waffen SS soldier of the Niedrtland Legion withthe shadowny image of a slick business type inthe background.  Question is posed in contrat between the two.."Who is the true Netherlander"
